We provide the following services :
1. We can assist with Passing the Board Resolution to change Company Registered Address and within 14 days of resolution passed we will file the Changes with ACRA. Our Fees S$100 Fixed.
2. We have our own office premises which we can offer Clients to use as their Registered Office address. For Small Companies it is better to use the Company Secretary Office address then to use residential home address, to avoid having your creditors and customers to visit you at your home, if you do not have a retail store or office address option.
There are 2 options –
Registered Address – Personal Collection of Mail – FEE S$ 150 per year.
Registered Address – Mail forwarded to Once A Week – FEE S$ 200 per year
