Book keeping Services we provide is to record all transactions of a business that will eventually end up in the Company’s financial statements .
This will include collecting customer invoices and employee expenses, and recording taxes/provisions on various business transactions to enable the preparation and maintenance of general ledgers, journals, supplier and customers lists, bank statements to prepare bank reconciliations, list inventories or stock.
We encourage clients to record their transactions using Cloud Accounting software – XERO or Quick Books. This option is the popular option as it minimises bookkeeping costs.
Either client staff do the input of data or our staff – depends on the Fee client wish to pay.
Alternative is the old fashion method of manual preparation by our staff using EXCEL spreadsheets, if the quantity of data input is minimum then this can be an option if not the cost can be quite expensive.
